America's Cup Photographic Exhibition
The work of Nico Martínez for all to see until 7 January in the Palau Joan de Valeriola.
Visitors will have the chance to witness the America's cup first hand from the perspective of Nico Martínez's photos, on display at the home of the Chirivella Soriano Foundation, the Palau de Joan de Valeriola, until 7 January.
The title chosen for the show is the same as the name of the Foredeck Club at the America's Cup Port in Valencia, "Veles i Vents", or "Sails and Winds", and forms part of the "Photographic Valencia" project organised by the city's Museum of Illustration and Modernity, which will see metropolitan museums filled with photography exhibitions this autumn.
Nico Martínez is the official photographer for the top Spanish regattas, along with major sailing initiatives such as the Fortuna Round the World. He is currently graphical director of Spanish Cup challenger Desafío Español 2007.
