It was a black day yesterday for traffic accidents in Alicante Province, where three people died. The first of these occurred just after 7 am in an industrial estate in Benijofar, where a 19-year-old died and the other three occupants of the car were injured, one of them seriously. Just five hours later, a 22-year-old woman died as the car she was driving plunged 25 metres down a ravine close to the road between Petrel and Xorret de Cati.
